Sudhir Reddy Rebala is a seasoned strategist and serial entrepreneur with nearly three decades of techno-commercial leadership across sectors including specialty foods, medical disposables, specialty textiles, telecommunications, antimicrobials, cybersecurity, and nanotechnology.
Armed with qualifications from leading educational institutions worldwide, he is known for bridging innovation with commercial execution and has advised boards, promoters, and international organizations across India, the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Throughout his career, he has founded and scaled multiple ventures while driving product innovation from concept to commercialization. He is also a global patent holder for AI-based anti-counterfeit 3D QR labels and a recipient of the Government of India’s Gold Medal for R&D.
Sudhir brings deep expertise in emerging technologies such as nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing, combined with strong entrepreneurial vision and global market insight.
Dr. Vandana Mathur, PhD
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Vandana Mathur holds a PhD in Nutrition from The M. S. University of Vadodara and has authored several publications in international and national journals.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, she works as a consulting nutritionist and is also a Certified Parent Coach. Her work focuses on promoting awareness around health, nutrition, and well-being.
Dr. Mathur regularly writes articles and blogs on topics related to health, nutrition, parenting, and lifestyle, and actively uses social media to disseminate reliable and science-based information.
Her multidisciplinary experience brings a valuable perspective to Saarathi Innoventures’ work in the nutraceutical and functional ingredients sector.
Anuj Mathur
Chief Executive Officer
Anuj Mathur brings over three decades of leadership experience in Human Resources and organizational development.
He has held senior HR leadership positions at leading institutions including:
• Taj Group of Hotels – 14 years, including the last 8 years as Head HR at Taj Air Caterers
• HDFC Bank Limited – 15 years, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening HR systems, establishing Employee Relations, and supporting key organizational initiatives including the merger with Centurion Bank of Punjab.
He also served as HR Business Partner and HR Nodal Officer for regulatory engagement with the Reserve Bank of India.
Since 2017, he has been working as a Consultant – Human Potential, advising leadership teams across sectors including banking, hospitality, agriculture, education, pharmaceuticals, law firms, and digital businesses.
His work focuses on organizational transformation, culture development, performance management, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.
Anuj is a Certified Professional Transformational Coach from Coach Master Academy and a Certified Hogan Assessment professional, helping organizations enhance both individual and institutional effectiveness.
Outside his professional work, he has a deep interest in fine arts, especially Indian music, and maintains a strong commitment to fitness and well-being.
